Cancellation Policies

No show will be charged at minimum slab (04 Hours/40 km) Any cancellation of booking needs to be done before the car leaves our office

Cancellation of Booking:

Solace reservation desk (Mumbai) must be informed at least 4 hrs for local duties, i.e. in Mumbai and at least 8 hrs in advance for ex-Mumbai.
In case of a no-show (in the unlikely event the car leaves the garage and, subsequently, the booking is cancelled or the services are not availed), the customer will be billed the applicable rates against the 4 hrs / 40 km Package.
The guest or booking coordinator has to coordinate with the Solace reservation desk. In case the chauffeur is not located at the reporting address.
If the guest cannot locate the chauffeur and makes any alternative transport arrangement without first contacting our reservation desk, the booking will be considered a “No Show”. It will be charged based on the tariff as mentioned above.)
